Getting Started Guide for Field Staff
An easy starter guide to atEvent’s mobile app for field staff
Please follow the instructions below to ensure you’re prepared to use the atEvent mobile app.
1. Set Your Password
You will receive an email from “atEvent Administrator” to complete your account activation. Please click on the link and set your password.
2. atEvent Overview Video
Watch the mobile training video of how the lead scanning app will work for any event.
3. Get the Mobile App
Download and install the mobile app on your device.

4. Log in to the App
With each event you attend, simply log into the app and select the event.
5. Capture and Qualify Leads
Now you are ready when you arrive at the event.
