Set Qualifiers

With the ability to add your own custom qualifiers, your reps will be able to capture and identify key prospects at any event quickly.  atEvent Hub has some qualifiers readily available but you may edit, delete, or add your own.

Set Topics

The landing page for the "Set Qualifiers" section is the "Set Topics" page. 
   a. Add Recommended Topic: Here is an assortment of topics that might be of use in case you are unsure.
   b. Add New Topic: Here is where you start adding your own unique topics (Choose either Single Select
       or Multiselect)
   c. "I Will Do This Later": Click this if you want to add Topics at a later time.

Set Topics Continued (Add New Topic):
   d. Click on either "Single Select" or "Multiselect"
   e.  Field Name - This is the field name that will display on the app. (In this example we have entered “Region”)
   f.  Field Type - The options from the dropdown menu are: 
         - Single Select [radio button] (In this example we have selected “Single-Select radio”)
         - Multiselect [checkboxes]
   g.  Make This a Required Field - By checking the box your reps will need to answer this question before moving on to the next qualifier. (In this example we have selected “Yes” by filling in the checkbox) 
  h. Field Options
        - Option 1 - 1st option (In this example we have entered “Europe”)
        - Option 2 - 2nd option (In this example we have entered “Asia”)
        - Add Another Option - Besides the first two options you may also add more by selecting this. (In this example we have entered “North America” as Option 3).
    i. Click the “Save” button to accept this Topic. 
    j. Click the “Save & Continue” button if you are finished adding Topics. This will take you to the
       "Set Follow-Ups" page.

After clicking "Save" in (step i) your newly added topic will display as follows. You can edit it by clicking on the pencil icon or delete it by clicking on the garbage can icon.

Set Follow Ups

After clicking "Save & Continue" in Step 2j you will be redirected to the "Set Follow-Ups" page with the following options:
   k.  Add Recommended Follow-Up: Here is a couple of recommended follow-ups that might be of use in case you are unsure.
   l.   Add New Follow-Up: Here is where you start adding your own unique follow-ups (Choose Single Select, Multiselect or Multiline Text)
  m.  "I Will Do This Later": Click this if you want to add Topics at a later time.

Set Follow-Ups Continued (Add New Follow-Up):
   n.  Click on "Single Select", "Multiselect" or "Multiline Text"
   o.  Field Name - This is the field name that will display on the app. (In this example we have entered
        “Region”)
   p.  Field Type - The options from the dropdown menu are: 
         - Single Select [radio button] 
         - Multiselect [checkboxes] (In this example we have selected “Multiselect”)
         - Multiline Text
   q.   Make This a Required Field - By checking the box your reps will need to answer this question
        before moving on to the next qualifier. (In this example we have left the checkbox uncheked) 
    r.  Field Options
        - Option 1 - 1st option (In this example we have entered “East”)
        - Option 2 - 2nd option (In this example we have entered “Central”)
        - Add Another Option - Besides the first two options you may also add more by selecting this. (In this
          example we have entered “West” as Option 3).
    s. Click the “Save” button to accept this Follow-Up. 
    t.  Click the “Save & Continue” button if you are finished adding Follow-Ups. This will take you to the
        next section: "Connect to MA/CRM".
