Download/Test the App

1. Preliminary Step: Download the App
a. Scan the QRCode, this will lead you to the link to download the app
b. Click on the App Store link to download the app for iOS
c. Click on the Play Store link to download the app for Android
d. Click “Save & Continue”

2. Perform a Test Scan
a. Log In
b. Capture: Scan the QRcode
c. Confirm the data:

Make sure to check the Leads Dashboard in atEvent Central and your MA/CRM (if applicable) to verify that the data was saved correctly.
Contact Customer Success if something is not functioning correctly
View Lead Interactions

d. Click “Finish” when you are ready to end your atEvent session.

3. Finish Your atEvent Hub Session by clicking “Log Out”
