Pardot - Adding Leads to a Campaign (atEvent Hub)

Your company’s Campaigns typically target existing and prospective customers. You can associate leads collected in atEvent and assign them to campaigns that you currently have setup in Pardot. The connection between atEvent and your MA/CRM will be using a Campaign ID. You will need to extract this data and copy to atEvent and later map the fields when completing the field mapping step.

A1. Adding atEvent Leads to a Pardot Campaign as Leads (Create/Select Campaign)

1. Login to your Pardot account
   a. Enter Email Address
   b. Enter Password
   c. Press “Login”

2. Once logged in:
   a. Go to Marketing Icon
   b. Select "Campaigns" from the dropdown menu

3. Campaigns - Here you can create a new Campaign or select an existing Campaign. In this example we will select an existing Campaign.
   a. Select Campaign "JackTest1"

4. Campaigns (continued): Your Campaign details will now display.
   a. Copy the Campaign ID from the URL as shown here and save it to notepad. You will enter this Campaign ID in atEvent later. 

    A2. Adding atEvent Leads to a Pardot Campaign as Leads (Create Custom Field: Campaign ID)

    1. Admin Tab
       a. Go to Admin --> Configure Fields --> Account Fields

    2. Click "Add Custom Field"

    3. Add Custom Field
       a. Name: Enter Campaign ID
       b. Custom Field ID: Click inisde the field and it will automatically populate with Campaign_ID.
       c. Click "Create Custom Field"
