Business Card Transcription Options
With business card transcription you have multiple language options
atEvent offers highly accurate business card transcription. Multilingual business card transcription is enabled on a per event level.
Note: Multilingual business card transcription is a premium feature. Contact the atEvent Customer Success team to purchase and activate this feature. Note that with this option, it can take up to 3 business days to receive business card data.
1. When creating or editing an Event you will be asked if your event requires multilingual business card transcription, Language will default to English.
a. You can select multilingual by toggling the radial button to “yes”
b. A language dropdown menu will appear where you can select one or multiple languages to be transcribed
by filling in the checkbox. Supported languages are:
- Chinese Simple
- Chinese Traditional
- Japanese
- Korean
- Italian
- French
- Spanish
- German
Multiingual business card transcription can take up to 72 business hours to process but typically takes 24 hours. We only support those languages you have purchased.
