Viewing Topics & Follow-Ups (Leads Page)
From the Leads Page you have the ability to view/edit topics and follow-ups inline. You can click to open up each grouping and review the responses of your lead interactions to the qualifiers associated with your event.
1. From the Leads Page you have the ability to view/edit topics and follow-ups in-line.
a. They will initially appear at the end of the line in your leads view.
b. You can click the right arrow (>) to expand the view of any additional topics or follow-ups that will initially
be hidden.
c. You can also expand the column width by dragging from the vertical line separating the fields
d. You may need to reduce the number of displayed fields in order to avoid congestion while viewing
and editing topics/follow-ups. You can click the “Actions” button and temporarily uncheck fields in your
leads view.
Editing Topics & Follow-Ups (Leads Page)
Click into a cell to make quick and easy edits. Then press "Enter" to save the update. You can edit any type of field in this view, including notes fields.

Tip: A reminder for those on an Enterprise plan. Go to Company Settings > Audit Log to view a history of changes made to your lead interaction data.
