Mobile More Tab, how to submit a support ticket, watch tutorials and more

We are here to help! In case you need a tutorial, troubleshooting help, or want to contact us, the More tab is the place to quickly find what you need. Located in the bottom right hand side of your mobile device.

1. Click on the “More” tab

2. More Tab Options: The following are included:
   a. Help & Support: Navigate to our help center to get more in-depth information about atEvent functionality.
   b. Watch Tutorial: Watch a video walk-through on how to use the mobile app.
   c. Report a Problem: Submit a send report by describing the problem you are currently experiencing.
   d. About atEvent: View which version of atEvent that you are currently using.
   e. Contact Us: Email or call us for additional support.
   f. What’s New: A summary of the app’s most recent feature upgrades.

3. Tab Options Details:

   a. Help & Support: Navigate to our help center to get more in-depth information about atEvent functionality.

b. Watch Tutorial: Watch a video walk-through of how to use the mobile app.

c. Report a Problem: Submit a send report describing the problem you are currently experiencing. Be sure to mention any important details. Click the “Send Report” button when you are finished.

d. About atEvent: This displays the version of atEvent that you are currently using. You can update the app by visiting the following links:

    Android (Play Store)

    iOS (App Store)

e. Contact Us: Email or call us for additional support if you feel that your issue is urgent.

f. What’s New: A summary of the app’s most recent feature upgrades.
