atEvent remains operational and ready to serve our customers. We have Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans in place. The plans are regularly reviewed and updated, both on a periodic cadence and as needed to address significant changes.
From a technical perspective, our platform is supported in a “high availability“ model, meaning our system is designed to be continuously operational and is deployed in AWS data centers. Our customers can continue to use the service without interruption.
From a personnel perspective, atEvent has a geographically-distributed team in multiple locations around the world. We have enacted restrictions on both international and domestic business travel among our employees. Additionally, our teams are meeting regularly to ensure that we are initiating every measure to keep our employees healthy and provide them the ability to work from home as necessary in consultation with CDC guidelines and collaborating with our local city and county authorities.
