Navigating lead syncing errors
When you sync a lead to your MA or CRM system, if you encounter any errors you can click on the Error sync status to get more details. This will present you with an error message from the MA or CRM system you are syncing to. If you cannot figure out the root cause from reading the error message (some are easier to understand than others), you can contact customer success and share the error message for help.
Here is an example of a sync error from Hubspot. In this example, we passed an invalid, malformed email address to HubSpot.
