What is the new atEvent mobile experience?
atEvent has been completely re-imagined for mobile and tablet. With new features and a more intuitive design, you will be able to capture leads more efficiently and do more from within the app. The experience is available to Android, iPhone, and iPad users.

When is the new atEvent mobile experience arriving?

The new mobile apps for both iOS and Android launched Friday, August 23, 2019.

atEvent's new mobile apps lets you capture leads more efficiently, and do more from within the app. New features include:

  • New design for faster lead capture and qualification
  • New, efficient batch-scanning mode
  • More ways to scan leads
  • In-app event performance tracking

For those users who have enabled app auto-update on their iOS and Android devices, their atEvent mobile apps will automatically be upgraded. If users do not have auto-update enabled, they can update the app via the App store or Play store. Once upgraded, all your data and events will remain.

Which devices will be supported?

The new mobile apps are optimized and tested for smartphones and tablets running iOS 11 and above, and Android 5 and above. atEvent does not guarantee the support of older versions.
