Submitting a problem report from the mobile app, more section

If you are experiencing issues with data, functionality, or anything else that interrupts your experience, submit a ticket. All support issues are monitored, and a rep will provide an answer or update for you within 24 hours. 

1. Select the "More" tab

2. Select "Report a Problem"

3. Describe your problem. In the form field, please include as much detail as possible about the problem you are experiencing.

4. Click the “Send Report” button

You will then receive a confirmation email that your support ticket has been created. A support representative will contact you shortly thereafter concerning your issue.
