Reset Password from the Web App
- To reset your password, go to the 'Forgot your Password' web page.
- After completing the flow, you will promptly receive an email from 'atEvent administrator' to set a new password.
Reset Password from the Mobile App
- Ensure you are connected to mobile data or wifi.
- To reset your password in the mobile app, tap on 'Forgot Password', enter your email address, and follow the instructions.
- You will promptly receive an email from 'atEvent administrator' to set a new password.
