Here’s why you may not see the event in the mobile app.
After logging in to the app most users are expecting to see a specific event in order to start scanning. If you can’t see your event after logging in there are a couple of things to check into.
- Check with your Company Admin and make sure they have added you to the event. This is the most common reason that users are not able to start scanning for a specific event.
- Check with your Company Admin and verify that the event management period is still active. If it is no longer active you won’t be able to view the event and any scanned leads that you already have saved for the event.
